Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. TradeFlow only earns from the monthly subscription. When customers pay you through TradeFlow, the money goes directly to your connected bank account — we don't take a cut of the job.
Which trades is TradeFlow built for?
Plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, gardeners, cleaners, couriers, handymen and any UK trade that books jobs and takes payments. If you quote work and invoice customers, TradeFlow fits.
Do I need to be VAT-registered to use TradeFlow?
No. TradeFlow works whether you are VAT-registered or not. You can toggle VAT on quotes and invoices per job, and your VAT number appears on branded documents when set.
